A fast-scaling, AI-enabled property technology business is hiring a Marketing Manager to drive growth across both customer acquisition and M&A origination. Backed by leading investors and growing rapidly through acquisition, the business is building a modern, technology-enabled platform within a fragmented market. Marketing plays a critical role in both winning new customers and building relationships with business owners who may become future acquisition targets. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building campaigns, testing ideas and seeing marketing activity directly influence commercial outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and execute marketing campaigns across customer acquisition and M&A origination
- Build and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across relevant digital channels
- Create landing pages, nurture journeys and conversion-focused campaign assets
- Develop content, email and LinkedIn campaigns aimed at business owners and industry stakeholders
- Support long-term relationship building with acquisition targets through trust-led marketing activity
- Manage direct mail, content and brand-building campaigns across multiple audiences
- Use AI tools to improve campaign creation, research, segmentation and analysis
- Own reporting, analytics and marketing attribution across all activity
- Work closely with leadership and the M&A team to shape messaging and positioning
What you’ll need:
- Strong hands-on B2B marketing experience with responsibility for campaign execution and performance
- Experience across paid acquisition, landing page optimisation and lead generation
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms
- Comfortable operating across multiple brands, campaigns and stakeholder groups
- AI-native approach to marketing workflows and execution
- Highly analytical with a strong focus on commercial outcomes
Nice to have:
- Experience marketing within property, proptech or professional services sectors
- Exposure to M&A, private equity, or buy-and-build environments and the kind of long-cycle, trust-led marketing they require
- Experience working within venture-backed or high-growth businesses
- Design awareness and an eye for strong creative execution
This role would suit a commercially minded marketer who enjoys combining performance marketing with strategic brand building, and who understands how to nurture long-term relationships that ultimately translate into both customers and acquisitions.
