Digital Waffle is hiring a Marketing Executive to take ownership of how our brand shows up across social, communications, and digital platforms - while also building meaningful partnerships within the tech and digital ecosystem. This is a high-impact role working closely with our Head of Digital, suited to someone who enjoys both creative brand building and outward-facing relationship development.

Location: Birmingham, hybrid working (3 days onsite)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and develop Digital Waffle’s brand presence across social, website and wider communications
  • Plan and execute content across LinkedIn and other channels to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage and evolve website content, messaging and campaigns
  • Create and oversee marketing campaigns aligned to business growth goals
  • Build and manage partnerships with industry groups such as tech communities, networks and events
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with organisations such as TechNation, Women in Tech groups and similar communities
  • Support events, roundtables and co-marketing initiatives with partners
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital to shape overall marketing strategy and output
  • Track performance and continuously improve brand and partnership activity

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in brand marketing, digital marketing or partnerships roles
  • Strong understanding of social content, website marketing and communications
  • Experience building or managing partnerships, communities or external relationships
  • Ability to think creatively while delivering commercially focused outcomes
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with external partners
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to own and drive initiatives forward
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, growing business
