A leading digital agency is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across its digital services portfolio. This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role for someone with proven experience in agency new business and a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions. You’ll work closely with senior teams to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities, managing the full sales cycle and building relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Location: Manchester - Hybrid working available
What you’ll be doing:
- Generate new business opportunities for digital services (Paid Digital, SEO, Website Design, Email Marketing)
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Engage senior client stakeholders including Marketing Directors and Heads of Digital
- Collaborate with internal specialists to shape commercially viable solutions
- Represent the agency at networking and industry events
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue performance
- Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a commercial/new business role within a digital or advertising agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services
- Demonstrable track record of closing new business and growing revenue
- Confident engaging with senior decision-makers
- Self-starter with strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
