With a talented team of 60 professionals spanning the UK and the Middle East, this agency specialises in delivering innovative and impactful digital solutions. This is your opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations and shape the future of a fast-growing organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the agency’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and continued growth.
- Collaborate with and report directly to the C-Suite, aligning strategies with business objectives.
- Inspire and manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations, fostering a strong, collaborative culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead in the fast-evolving digital landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, delivering excellence at every turn.
