Our client is building something new in the UK: a VC-backed, AI-enabled roll-up of a large, fragmented services sector. They buy excellent owner-operated businesses and turn them into a modern technology-led group. Two things make it work: disciplined M&A and serious integration. The first acquisitions are in, integrations are live, and the pipeline is deep. Integration is where the value actually gets created, and this role sits right inside that engine. If you want to be inside real businesses, with real teams and real problems, fixing things with your own hands, this is for you.
You'll be a core full stack engineer building agentic products end-to-end. That means designing the agent architecture, wiring up the tool layer, building the interfaces, and owning the infra that keeps it all running. You'll work across the stack with a small, senior team where the bar is high, and the loop from idea to production is short.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Hands-on agentic development experience at a high-performance scaleup
- Experience operating in an environment where things move fast, decisions are made with incomplete information
- Full stack range. You're comfortable across the layers - frontend, backend, and infra
- Ideally from a Fintech (or similar) background
Tech stack:
- Frontend: React
- Backend: Python
- Infra: AWS, Docker, Terraform
The logistics:
- Fully remote, but you must be based in UK
- Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience
- Mid-going-on-Senior level - typically 4-7 years of engineering experience
