A brand and performance agency is on the hunt for a Senior Designer to join their award-winning team.
Location: Hybrid (3/4 days a week on-site)
Salary: Up to £60K
You must have mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Essential experience in building and evolving brand identity systems and guidelines.
- Experience designing for software-based brands is highly valued.
- You are comfortable mentoring junior designers, sharing knowledge, and setting the bar for design excellence.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients, present ideas clearly, and build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to set art direction, lead the visual direction of pitches/campaigns, and translate creative concepts into compelling executions.
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, and composition across web, social, motion, and traditional media.
- Ability to guide motion deliverables and create static artwork in preparation for motion or illustration.
- A strong understanding of the user within the design process and knowledge of responsive design principles.
