A creative content and experience agency is hiring a Senior Account Manager / Project Manager to take ownership of day to day delivery across a major enterprise technology client. This is a client-facing role for someone confident managing complex stakeholder groups within large tech organisations, and comfortable operating at pace in a highly trusted, embedded relationship. The work is heavily experiential rather than presentation-led. Projects span branding, physical design, office activations, floor redesigns, explainer videos and bespoke installations. You will act as a close extension of the client's internal team, expected to respond quickly, shape solutions confidently, and manage delivery end to end.
What you will be doing:
- Owning day to day delivery for a large enterprise technology client
- Managing senior stakeholders within complex, global tech environments
- Taking loose enquiries and shaping them into clear scopes, solutions and delivery plans
- Running projects end to end from initial conversations through to final delivery
- Working closely with internal creative and production teams across experiential outputs
- Managing timelines, budgets, documentation and ongoing client communication
- Acting as a trusted partner embedded into the client's daily workflows
- Supporting commercial discussions including scope definition and statements of work
What you will need:
- At least 2 years experience in a content, creative, marketing or client services role
- Proven experience owning projects end to end, not just supporting delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally within large enterprise or big tech clients
- Confidence leading client conversations with clarity and authority
- Experience briefing designers, producers or content teams
- Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail across written, visual and experiential work
- Ability to shape solutions in response to evolving client needs
- Understanding of commercial delivery and revenue-driven targets
Nice to have:
- Experience working with enterprise technology brands such as global software or cloud providers
- Agency or consultancy background
- Exposure to B2B marketing or communications
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executive communications
- Interest in how AI or emerging technology supports content delivery
- Experience delivering experiential, physical or in person activations
What's on offer:
- £50,000 to £55,000 salary plus benefits
- Ownership of a high-profile enterprise technology account
- Creative, varied work beyond standard presentation delivery
- A role built on trust, autonomy and long-term client relationships
If you're confident managing enterprise stakeholders, enjoy shaping solutions from ambiguity, and want a role combining account ownership with hands-on project delivery, this is a strong next step.
