A VC-backed AI business is hiring an Integrations Manager to help scale and embed its technology across a growing portfolio of UK-based businesses. The business is building an AI-enabled platform that modernises and integrates service-led organisations, using automation and AI to transform operations, margins and customer experience. Integration sits at the heart of the model, and this role plays a critical part in making that work at scale.
Role: Integrations Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Location: London (Moorgate) - hybrid working, 3 days per week onsite
Travel: Weekly travel to client sites across the UK, fully expensed
What you will be doing:
- Owning the integration of newly acquired businesses into the wider platform
- Working directly with operational teams to understand workflows, systems and challenges
- Implementing integration playbooks while adapting to different business contexts
- Acting as the bridge between technology, operations and leadership
- Supporting the rollout of AI and automation tools into live environments
- Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to improve processes and performance
- Gathering feedback from teams and feeding insights back into product and platform development
- Managing multiple integrations at once in a fast-paced environment
