An established consumer brand is seeking an eCommerce Trading Manager to support day-to-day trading, content execution, and onsite optimisation across UK & Ireland digital channels. This role sits within the wider eCommerce team and focuses on delivering smooth product launches, promotional activity, and onsite improvements that drive commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute trading updates and site changes accurately and on time, supporting commercial priorities across UK & Ireland sites.
- Support the creation and deployment of on-site content that aligns with trading plans and brand objectives.
- Assist with testing and implementing promotional activity to strengthen trading performance.
- Produce reports and analysis on trading activity to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Manage and update trading and content calendars in line with wider marketing and trading initiatives.
- Optimise on-site merchandising, including category updates and internal search performance.
- Partner with global and local eCommerce teams to resolve technical issues, improve workflows, and implement enhancements.
- Build strong relationships with merchandising, digital marketing, and creative teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.
- Prepare creative briefs for design teams ahead of campaigns and promotional launches.
About You
- Experience in a retail eCommerce environment (2+ years)
- Confident using CMS tools (Ampliance preferred)
- Hands‐on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Experience with PIM platforms (ideally InRiver)
- Knowledge of eCommerce merchandising tools
- Commercially aware with a customer‐first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Analytical, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment
