A growing international organisation is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 specialist to take ownership of CRM technology and digital processes across the UK and wider EMEA region. This position is ideal for someone who has previously worked as a Functional Consultant, Technical Lead, or Architect within the Microsoft ecosystem and is ready to step into a leadership role with both strategic and handsâon responsibilities. You will be the goâto IT contact for commercial teams across multiple countries, guiding the evolution of CRM capabilities while ensuring smooth dayâtoâday operations.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Regional IT Leadership
- Act as the main IT representative for UK/EMEA stakeholders.
- Work closely with regional and global leaders to align technology plans with commercial priorities.
- Bridge communication between business users and global IT teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Insights functions.
- Support roadmap development and collaborate with global and offshore technical teams on enhancements.
- Manage incidents, releases, integrations, and data quality within the regional CRM environment.
- Process Improvement & Project Delivery
- Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand challenges and propose scalable CRM solutions.
- Lead small to midâsize CRM projects from requirements through goâlive.
- Promote best practice usage and support user adoption of CRM tools.
- Coordinate with thirdâparty partners, managed service providers, and internal teams to deliver reliable support and new features.
- Prioritise enhancements and manage change requests through established governance processes.
What Youâll Bring
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including significant handsâon exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong background in CRM functional design, configuration, and solution delivery.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Azure integrations.
- Solid understanding of commercial processes such as lead management, sales pipelines, campaign execution, and CRM analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience working with globally distributed teams.
Nice-to-Have
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools connected to D365.
- Previous responsibility for supporting multiple countries or regions.
- Strong analytical mindset and a collaborative, solutionâoriented approach.
