Digital Waffle has partnered with a rapidly expanding marketing agency to find a seasoned Marketing and Business Development Director. As the Marketing & Business Development Director, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, leading the development and implementation of business development, sales, and marketing strategies. Leveraging your expertise, you'll combine strategic vision, creativity, and operational excellence to design and execute impactful campaigns.

Location: London (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £90K

Responsibilities:

  • Drive marketing and business development strategies to meet growth, lead generation, and revenue goals.
  • Create, implement, and measure high-impact campaigns focused on demand and lead generation through content, events, and PR.
  • Streamline processes and standards for consistent, quality marketing execution.
  • Lead the social media team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Build strong cross-department relationships to provide tailored marketing support for service lines.
  • Manage the agency awards program, maximizing visibility and impact of wins.
  • Ensure the performance and quality of all marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Expertise: 10+ years of marketing experience, including agency work, and 5+ years in senior roles. Proven track record in demand and lead generation, with a focus on results-driven campaigns.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Skilled in aligning marketing strategies with business goals, prioritising initiatives, and solving challenges to drive success.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experienced with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) and sales analytics, able to extract insights and optimise marketing efforts.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong financial understanding, adept at managing marketing budgets and developing a commercial mindset within teams.
