Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for eCommerce and international shipping solutions? Our client, a specialist in cross-border commerce, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the charge on customer acquisition and revenue growth in the UK and DACH region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to eCommerce and cross-border logistics
  • Identify, generate, and nurture new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Define clear KPIs, goals, and roadmaps to drive commercial success
  • Conduct in-depth client need analysis and value proposition development
  • Lead and support internal sales teams to achieve performance targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in logistics/supply chain/eCommerce/shipping industry is essential
  • Proven experience in eCommerce or cross-border shipping solution sales (B2C or C2C)
  • Strong background in CRM, persona analysis, and digital marketing strategy
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders in dynamic, fast-moving environments
  • Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to reporting and performance metrics
  • Excellent organisational and team management skills
