A creative content and experience agency is hiring an Account Director to take ownership of day to day delivery across a major enterprise technology client. Projects span branding, physical design, office activations, floor redesigns, explainer videos and bespoke installations.
Location: Hybrid. London office Monday, Wednesday and Thursday preferred.
- Running projects end to end from initial conversations through to final delivery
- Working closely with internal creative and production teams across experiential outputs
- Supporting commercial discussions including scope definition and statements of work
Requirements:
- At least 4 years experience in a content, creative, marketing or client services role
- Proven experience owning projects end to end, not just supporting delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally within large enterprise or big tech clients
- Experience briefing designers, producers or content teams
- Understanding of commercial delivery and revenue-driven targets
- Experience working with enterprise technology brands such as global software or cloud providers
- Agency or consultancy background
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executive communications
- Interest in how AI or emerging technology supports content delivery
