A UK-based charitable organisation is looking to engage a Digital Programme Manager to support a major digital transformation programme across its LMS, ecommerce and QA platforms. This is a senior fixed-term role focused on bringing structure and direction to an evolving transformation project. You will lead discovery, shape delivery planning and oversee implementation across multiple systems and suppliers.

Project Length: 9-12 months

Location: UK based, remote with regular stakeholder engagement

Salary: £70,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead discovery and current-state analysis across LMS, ecommerce and QA platforms
  • Assess integrations, risks, dependencies and future-state options
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define delivery plans and transformation roadmaps
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers throughout the programme lifecycle
  • Oversee implementation activity and ensure projects remain aligned to business goals
  • Bring structure, clarity and momentum to an evolving transformation environment
  • Support decision making through clear communication, planning and risk management

What you’ll need:

  • Strong experience as a Digital Project Manager or Delivery Lead
  • Background delivering platform transformation or rationalisation programmes
  • Experience across LMS and ecommerce environments
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and supplier coordination experience
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery oversight
