Knowledge Management Specialist in Leicester

My client are a Global Financial Firm looking for a Knowledge Management Advisor to help their teams capture, share, and leverage knowledge more effectively. You’ll play a key role in embedding KM initiatives, driving adoption of tools, and fostering a culture of collaboration and insight-driven decision-making.

Location – London (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Embed KM plans and initiatives across the business
• Capture and curate insights, best practices, and reusable assets
• Lead knowledge-sharing forums and networks across global teams
• Drive adoption of KM tools, platforms, and behaviours
• Deliver training, presentations, and change guidance to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in knowledge management, digital workplace, or similar roles
• Strong SharePoint and Microsoft 365 skills
• Confident communicator and relationship builder across senior and global teams
• Proactive, collaborative, and skilled at driving change
• Experience in financial services is highly desirable
