We’re now looking for an experienced Account Director to join a digital agency, taking ownership of a portfolio of clients including large global B2B PLCs and well-known UK educational institutions. This role is all about understanding briefs, strategy, and genuinely creative output. Role: Account Director Salary: Up to £50k starting salary + Bonus Location: Hybrid - Leicester with remote working Working alongside the MD and Strategy Director on the agency’s flagship account Leading two further large accounts as the senior client contact Line managing a Senior Project Manager and a Marketing Executive Setting account strategy, spotting growth opportunities, and building strong long-term client relationships Owning financial performance — profitability, utilisation, recoverability, and fee negotiation Evaluating briefs, writing proposals, pitching new business Running projects across digital and non-digital: websites, digital campaigns, and brand programmes Experience operating at Account Director level You grow accounts by understanding the client’s business well enough to show them what’s possible
