We're looking for a digital lead with a background in web development responsible for driving complex web projects from scope to launch. This role bridges clients and strategy, as well as being hands on with the code, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong communication and continuous operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership — Lead strategic discussions, scope projects, produce proposals and act as a trusted adviser.
- Project Delivery — Oversee websites, WordPress builds, campaigns, CRM setups, integrations, automation and analytics.
- Technical Leadership — Confidently challenge technical decisions across WordPress, HTML/CSS, SEO, GA4, GTM, APIs, hosting and performance.
- Operations & Process — Improve workflows, documentation, QA, resource planning, automation and AI-driven efficiency.
- Team Leadership — Support and coordinate developers, designers and marketing staff.
About You
5–10 years in a digital or integrated agency, strong technical understanding, commercial awareness and excellent communication. Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Success in 6 Months
You’ll be leading digital delivery, improving processes, strengthening team relationships, implementing automation and becoming a trusted strategic partner to clients.
