Digital Waffle in London is seeking a Lead Creative / Art Director to act as the studio's number two, owning briefs from strategy through pitch, design and final execution, and confidently fronting conversations with senior brand leaders.

This hands-on, senior role blends big conceptual thinking with craft; you'll stay on the tools, mentor the Junior Designer, and help shape the agency's creative identity across experiential, influencer and integrated campaigns.
