Freelance Keynote Producer – Adhoc Projects | Remote
We’re supporting a creative agency that partners with global enterprise brands, and they’re looking for a freelance Keynote Producer to work on an ad-hoc basis. This role is all about curating and delivering impactful main-stage keynote experiences for large-scale, in-person events.
What you’ll be doing
- Define the overarching thematic arc of the keynote and stage experience
- Align content with event objectives, brand messaging, and audience needs
- Curate the content journey – sequencing speakers, panels, and multimedia to maintain energy and flow
- Partner with design, video, and production teams to bring the keynote vision to life
- Ensure seamless integration of multimedia, motion graphics, and interactive elements
- Understand the technical set-up required to deliver the vision effectively
- Stay ahead of trends in live events, storytelling, and audience engagement
What you’ll need
- Proven experience producing keynotes or main stage content for enterprise events
