Freelance Keynote Designer – Immersive Conference Content | Adhoc Projects | Remote/Onsite
We’re working with a creative agency that delivers high-impact enterprise events, and they’re looking for a freelance Keynote Designer to help craft visually immersive conference content. This is ad-hoc project work, supporting major live events where storytelling, visuals, and audience engagement come together on the main stage.
What you’ll be doing
- Translate complex messaging into clear, compelling visual narratives
- Develop storyboards and frameworks that align with the event’s theme and objectives
- Integrate multimedia elements (video, motion graphics, audio) to elevate the keynote experience
- Collaborate with AV and production teams to optimise visuals for widescreens, LED walls, and multi-screen environments
- Design for maximum impact across large-scale live formats
- Consider the end-to-end speaker experience, from clickers to presenter notes
- Work at pace onsite, directly with clients, to refine and deliver content
- “Build the show” – test and prepare all presentations and assets to ensure seamless execution
What you’ll need
- Proven experience designing for enterprise-level live events
- Strong storytelling and design skills across presentation platforms (Keynote, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with multimedia integration in large-scale live environments
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate directly with clients onsite
