I'm currently partnering with a leading cyber security specialist that delivers innovative, preventative strategies to protect organisations and their critical data. Acting as a trusted extension of their clients' teams, they are experiencing continued growth and are looking to appoint a Bid & Sales Operations Specialist to support their commercial function.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this is a high-impact role focused on bid coordination, sales enablement, and operational excellence. You will support Account Managers by ensuring high-quality, compliant tender submissions and efficient sales processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating RFIs, RFPs, tenders and security questionnaires
- Managing and improving the central bid content library
- Collaborating with technical teams to produce accurate, compelling submissions
- Preparing quotes, pricing and statements of work
- Maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline reporting
- Supporting sales process improvement and reporting for leadership.
Essential
- 3+ years' bid/proposal experience
- 2+ years in sales operations or inside sales
- Experience within IT, MSP, or technology environments
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- CRM proficiency and strong organisational skills
