The Role:
- Own and deliver new business ARR targets
- Build, lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Refine GTM strategy alongside Marketing, Product and Customer Success
- Implement structured sales methodology and improve forecasting discipline
- Lead executive-level enterprise engagements
- Build scalable sales processes to support international growth
Ideal Profile:
- B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience leading enterprise sales teams
- Track record of exceeding multi-million ARR targets
