I’m working on behalf of an established and growing organisation to recruit an experienced Head of Marketing to lead a high-performing team during an exciting phase of strategic evolution. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives on building impactful strategies, driving team success, and aligning marketing with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead department-wide planning across brand, digital, content, and performance marketing.
- Mentor and develop a talented marketing team, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Set and monitor KPIs and targets aligned with wider business goals.
- Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate spend effectively, and track return on investment.
