I'm currently working with a well‑established professional services organisation that's looking to add an experienced Service Desk Analyst to their growing IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft support experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment with exposure to modern cloud technologies.

Responsibilities
- Providing 1st & 2nd Line support
- Troubleshooting across Microsoft environments
- Supporting users in an ITIL‑driven environment

- Acting as an escalation point where required
