Overview
I am currently working with a growing, people-first organisation to help them find a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative studio. Responsible for crafting visually stunning campaigns that resonate with customers, driving awareness, consideration, and trust.
Job title: Graphic Designer
Location: Tamworth (on-site)
Salary: Up to £30K
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create visually engaging content for print and digital platforms
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
- Liaise with stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver high-quality designs that meet required briefs
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines
- Apply designs to packaging artwork and labels across the group of companies
- Utilise content management systems to upload and manage graphic content on company websites
- Contribute creative input during concept development meetings
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Support photography and editing efforts when needed (training provided)
- Meet deadlines consistently and manage workload efficiently
Experience
- Skilled with Adobe applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Easy Catalogue
- Proven a natural creative ability with design skills
- Graphic design and typography skills
- Well organised, reliable, hard-working individual, able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Quick to learn, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about continually improving your skills and standard of work
- Very accurate with an eye for detail
- Time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to know when to ask for help
