I’m currently partnering with a high-growth cybersecurity services provider that is looking to hire an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive enterprise growth across the UK market. My client is a growing cybersecurity and managed services provider delivering enterprise security, cloud, infrastructure, and consulting solutions across both private and public sector markets. They have strong vendor partnerships and an established presence within regulated industries across the UK.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on developing and expanding a portfolio of named large and enterprise accounts with existing pipeline already in place. This is not a cold-start territory. You will work closely with internal SDR, Pre-Sales, Consulting, SOC, Vendor, and Leadership teams to drive revenue growth and expand strategic customer relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own quota and revenue growth across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase wallet share and convert active pipeline
- Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Security, and senior stakeholders
- Drive new opportunities across managed security and enterprise cyber services
- Work collaboratively with vendor and distribution partners on joint go-to-market initiatives
- Forecast accurately and contribute to commercial planning activity
- Represent the business at customer engagements, networking events, and industry functions
What My Client Is Looking For
- Proven track record exceeding targets within cybersecurity, MSP, MSSP, VAR, or enterprise technology services sales
- Strong experience selling managed services and complex multi-vendor solutions
- Credibility operating within enterprise and mid-market cybersecurity environments
- Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements
- Strong hunting mentality combined with strategic account development capability
- Existing relationships within enterprise security buyers or regulated sectors would be highly beneficial
- Public sector or framework experience is advantageous
