Digital Waffle is hiring an Engineering Team Lead (Mobile / Flutter) to drive a Flutter-based mobile app in a hybrid Hereford setup. You’ll stay hands-on, write production Flutter code, and set the standard for architecture, patterns and craft across the team.
You’ll collaborate with a Senior Engineer to raise mobile capability, coach engineers, and own the design, development, quality and docs for medium-to-high complexity software. A customer-centric, iterative approach guides delivery.
