A well‑established digital agency is looking for a Sales Manager (Digital Services) to help accelerate growth across its digital offering. This is a commercial, hands‑on role suited to someone with strong agency new business experience and a solid understanding of digital marketing solutions. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities, owning the full sales process and building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Salary: £48,000 to £52,000 + OTE

Location: Manchester – Hybrid working available

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving new business across digital services including Paid Media, SEO, Website Design, and Email Marketing
  • Managing the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals
  • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Engaging with senior decision-makers such as Marketing Directors and Heads of Digital
  • Working alongside in-house specialists to create commercially effective proposals
  • Representing the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
  • Providing accurate revenue and pipeline forecasts
  • Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What you’ll need:

  • Proven track record in a commercial or new business role within a digital or advertising agency
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing services
  • Demonstrable success closing new business and driving revenue growth
  • Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
