A creative digital agency specialising in bespoke web and app builds is hiring a Digital Project Manager to lead client-facing delivery across a range of custom digital projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning delivery end to end, working closely with designers and developers, and acting as the main point of contact for clients.
You will be responsible for keeping projects on track, managing expectations, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple accounts.
What you will be doing:
- Managing end to end delivery of bespoke website and app projects
- Acting as the primary client contact across multiple accounts
- Translating client requirements into clear briefs and delivery plans
- Working closely with designers and developers to scope, plan and deliver work
- Managing timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks
- Running project ceremonies and regular client updates
- Ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and within agreed scope
- Supporting account growth through strong client relationships
What you will need:
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager within a digital or creative agency
- Strong background delivering bespoke web projects
