About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Data Cabling Engineer to join ongoing projects across Stafford. This is a hands-on role covering the installation, termination, and testing of structured cabling systems in commercial and industrial environments.
Duties include:
- Installing Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and fibre optic cabling
- Terminating and testing data cables to required standards
- Containment work (tray, basket, trunking, conduit)
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Working to site drawings and H&S standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Data Cabling Engineer
- CSCS/ECS card
- Own tools & PPE
- IPAF/PASMA (advantage)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Rate & Hours:
- £33,000
- Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day
- Long-term and short-term contracts available
