About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Cabling Engineer to join ongoing projects across Stafford. This is a hands-on role covering the installation, termination, and testing of structured cabling systems in commercial and industrial environments.

Duties include:

  • Installing Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and fibre optic cabling
  • Terminating and testing data cables to required standards
  • Containment work (tray, basket, trunking, conduit)
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Working to site drawings and H&S standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Data Cabling Engineer
  • CSCS/ECS card
  • Own tools & PPE
  • IPAF/PASMA (advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Rate & Hours:

  • £33,000
  • Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day
  • Long-term and short-term contracts available
