Digital Waffle has partnered with a rapidly expanding marketing agency to find a seasoned Marketing and Business Development Director. As the Marketing & Business Development Director, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, leading the development and implementation of business development, sales, and marketing strategies. Leveraging your expertise, you’ll combine strategic vision, creativity, and operational excellence to design and execute impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing and business development strategies to meet growth, lead generation, and revenue goals.
- Create, implement, and measure high-impact campaigns focused on demand and lead generation through content, events, and PR.
- Streamline processes and standards for consistent, quality marketing execution.
- Lead the social media team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Build strong cross-department relationships to provide tailored marketing support for service lines.
