A UK-based charitable organisation is looking to engage a Digital Transformation Manager to support a major digital transformation programme across its LMS, ecommerce and QA platforms. This is a senior fixed-term role focused on bringing structure and direction to an evolving transformation project. You will lead discovery, shape delivery planning and oversee implementation across multiple systems and suppliers. Role: Digital Programme Manager Project Length: 9-12 months Location: UK based, remote with regular stakeholder engagement Salary: £70,000 per annum What you’ll be doing: Lead discovery and current-state analysis across LMS, ecommerce and QA platforms Assess integrations, risks, dependencies and future-state options Work closely with stakeholders to define delivery plans and transformation roadmaps Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers throughout the programme lifecycle Oversee implementation activity and ensure projects remain aligned to business goals Bring structure, clarity and momentum to an evolving transformation environment Support decision making through clear communication, planning and risk management What you’ll need: Strong experience as a Digital Project Manager or Delivery Lead Background delivering platform transformation or rationalisation programmes Experience across LMS and ecommerce environments Comfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage transformation projects Strong stakeholder management and supplier coordination experience Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery oversight This role would suit a senior digital PM who enjoys untangling complex platform environments, shaping delivery strategy and bringing clarity to transformation programmes from the ground up.
