Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube & Shopping
- Keyword research, audience targeting & competitor analysis
- Write ad copy, collaborate on creatives, and A/B test performance
- Report on metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC) and deliver insights
- Work across Bing, Meta, TikTok, Spotify (experience desirable)
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing
- Strong Google Ads and Analytics knowledge
- Familiar with tracking tools and reporting dashboards
