Digital Waffle is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing digital agency looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for paid media and 2+ years of hands-on experience.
Location: Chesterfield (hybrid/onsite)
Salary: £25,000–£33,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube & Shopping
- Keyword research, audience targeting & competitor analysis
- Write ad copy, collaborate on creatives, and A/B test performance
- Report on metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC) and deliver insights
- Work across Bing, Meta, TikTok, Spotify (experience desirable)
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing
- Strong Google Ads and Analytics knowledge
- Familiar with tracking tools and reporting dashboards
