Digital Waffle is currently seeking a Digital Lead with experience across each facet of Digital Marketing to join our client in Birmingham.

A legacy brand, with a well-established Marketing, PR & Communications team are looking to strengthen its Digital offering. They are seeking someone to bring fresh ideas, innovative methods, and a different perspective to the table.

Based in Birmingham City Centre, this role is hybrid, requiring 4 days on-site in the office per week; however, on the odd occasions, there could be more.

Salary:

£45,000 – 50,000

Core Competencies:

1. Digital Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Digital Marketing Expertise: Have a strong grasp of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
3. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and optimise campaigns.
4. Project Management: Oversee digital initiatives, manage timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.
5. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals.

Technical Skills:

1. Digital Marketing Tools: Be proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems.
2. Data Analysis Tools: Understand and use data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualisation software.

Soft Skills:

1. Creativity: Think creatively and develop innovative digital marketing solutions.
2. Problem-Solving: Address challenges and find effective solutions.
3. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
