What You’ll Be Doing- Plan, build, and execute marketing campaigns using Dynamics 365 Marketing.
- Create segmented customer journeys and trigger-based automation workflows.
- Own campaign analytics and drive continuous improvements using performance data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in sales, digital, and IT.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and campaign reporting accuracy.
- Proven experience in CRM campaign management using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in an office-based team (minimum 4 days a week).
