Are you a strategic and hands-on CRM Campaign Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365? We’re hiring on behalf of a leading professional services firm in Guildford, looking for someone to take full ownership of their CRM-led campaign activity and customer journeys.

This is a great opportunity to join a digitally progressive environment where CRM is seen as a key lever for growth.

Salary up to £60,000 + Benefits – 4 days per week on-site in Guildford

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, build, and execute marketing campaigns using Dynamics 365 Marketing.
  • Create segmented customer journeys and trigger-based automation workflows.
  • Own campaign analytics and drive continuous improvements using performance data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in sales, digital, and IT.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and campaign reporting accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in an office-based team (minimum 4 days a week).
  • Experience or familiarity with Power Automate is a strong advantage – the team is exploring how it can be leveraged to scale CRM automation and integrations.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Power BI and data-driven campaign optimisation.
