A leading creative agency is looking for a Creative Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-impact projects for global brands. This is a varied and client-facing role that combines project planning, resource management, and creative quality assurance. You\’ll work closely with designers, content creators, and account teams to ensure projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.
Role: Creative Project Manager
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Leicester – Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and manage creative projects from concept to delivery
- Develop detailed project schedules and track milestones
- Allocate resources and manage budgets across multiple projects
- Review deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
- Communicate regularly with clients, managing expectations and scope changes
- Maintain accurate project documentation, SoWs, and financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and improve processes
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years\’ experience in project management, ideally within a creative or agency environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of creative workflows; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Proactive, adaptable, and client-focused mindset
