I am on the hunt for a Creative Producer to join a health tech start-up, that is changing the way we track and approach our health and daily life! The Creative Producer will lead their projects from concept to completion, transforming their creative visions into tangible results. You will be the driving force behind seamless execution, blending your creative insight with exceptional project management to deliver outstanding work across all digital platforms.
Location: Remote UK (occasional travel to London)
Salary: up to Β£75K (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Developing detailed storyboards and scripts for short-form content and campaigns.
- Managing production timelines and budgets for on-schedule execution.
- Co-ordinating internal teams (videographers, editors, designers) and external partners.
- Executing platform-specific content strategies (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Identifying and actioning content trends quickly.
- Organizing efficient creative shoots and production schedules.
- Ensuring consistent brand representation across all outputs.
- Managing creative assets and maintaining organised project files.
- Liaising with stakeholders for requirements and updates.
- Conducting comprehensive quality control on all creative work.
- Staying current with platform requirements for optimal performance.
- Tracking project performance to inform future productions.
- Briefing creative teams and translating concepts into actionable plans.
Ideal candidate:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in creative production, content creation, or project management.
- Expert-level project management, handling multiple creative endeavors simultaneously.
- Hands-on production prowess in storyboarding, scripting, and content creation.
- Deep platform intelligence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and beyond, knowing precisely what works.
