A global presentations and communications agency, certified as a \”Great Place To Work\” and famed for its creative work with international high-growth enterprises, is on the hunt for a Project Manager to join the team, working alongside the client services team to manage projects for a range of clients.
If you have at least three years of experience working within a creative/marketing agency as either a Project Manager or Account Manager, excellent Project Management skills, and the ability to work across multiple projects for multiple accounts simultaneously, then this role is for you!
Location: Leicester (three days per week onsite)
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Strong project planning and delivery experience, with the ability to own projects from initial brief to project delivery
- At least two years of experience in a creative agency environment with a strong understanding of the design process, including relevant terminology
- Capable of creating and managing project timelines, ensuring budgets are adhered to and resources are allocated accordingly
- The ability to coordinate cross-agency teams, including designers, content writers and freelancers
- Must have experience using relevant PM technology, including Scoro, Monday, Smart sheet or similar
- Comfortable taking responsibility for the internal CRM systems, including maintaining project trackers, scheduling and tracking hours
- Happy to be a point of contact for clients, leading status calls and feedback rounds
- The ability to work well under pressure, able to adapt to project changes whilst continuing to keep to client communications
- Must be an independent thinker with a problem-solving mentality
