A fast-scaling, AI-driven property group is hiring a Compliance Manager to take ownership of regulatory frameworks across a growing portfolio of acquired businesses. This is a high-impact role in a business scaling through acquisition, where compliance needs to be consistent, robust and scalable across multiple entities. You will work closely with leadership to ensure the group operates to the highest standards while continuing to grow at pace.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and develop the compliance framework across a multi-entity property portfolio
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements within the property and block management space
- Support the integration of newly acquired businesses, aligning them to group compliance standards
- Conduct audits, identify risks and implement corrective actions across the portfolio
- Work closely with operational teams to embed compliant processes into day-to-day activity
- Act as the key point of contact for compliance-related queries across the business
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the business adapts accordingly
