My client is a fast-growing marketing agency seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist with a strong ecommerce background to design, implement, and optimise high-performing paid media strategies that drive online revenue growth and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across paid search, paid social, and ecommerce marketing channels, with a proven track record of scaling performance campaigns for ecommerce and retail brands across both B2B and B2C sectors. You will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights, managing campaign profitability, and contributing to business growth through innovative paid media and ecommerce strategies.
Location – London (hybrid)
Salary – Up to £65K
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies across paid search, paid social, shopping, and ecommerce platforms.
- Manage and optimise ecommerce campaigns focused on ROAS, customer acquisition, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
- Oversee campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon Ads, and other ecommerce channels.
- Analyse performance data and communicate actionable insights through clear, engaging reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with creative, CRO, and ecommerce teams to improve landing page performance and customer journey effectiveness.
- Monitor budgets, profitability, and forecasting to ensure strong commercial performance.
- Pitch and win new ecommerce-focused business opportunities, acting as the agency’s paid media and ecommerce expert.
- Build and maintain a strong personal brand and network within the ecommerce and digital marketing industry.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in paid media, with significant exposure to ecommerce and retail-focused campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and ecommerce advertising platforms.
- Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth through performance marketing strategies.
- Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon Ads, and Shopify ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs including ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Proven experience in copywriting and creative strategy for performance campaigns.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing campaign budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience pitching, winning, and growing ecommerce client accounts.
- Established industry reputation and network within digital marketing and ecommerce.
