A globally recognised luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand is hiring an International Marketing Relations Executive to act as the key link between its central marketing function and franchise partners worldwide. This is a highly people-focused role suited to someone confident, organised and comfortable representing a premium brand at a global level. Rather than being a traditional marketing role, this position is about communication, coordination and relationship management. You will sit at the centre of the marketing ecosystem, ensuring information flows clearly between global partners and the internal marketing team.
What you will be doing:
- Acting as the primary conduit between the global marketing team and international franchise partners
- Leading regular update calls and meetings with partners across multiple regions
- Feeding back partner needs, challenges and updates into the central marketing team
- Communicating marketing initiatives, timelines and expectations clearly to franchise partners
- Managing relationships with confident and sometimes challenging stakeholders
- Representing the brand with professionalism, clarity and confidence at all times
- Maintaining structured notes, actions and follow-ups from all partner interactions
- Supporting alignment between global brand standards and local market execution
