A growing digital agency is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to accelerate revenue across its portfolio of digital marketing services. This is a hands-on commercial role suited to someone with proven agency new business experience and a strong understanding of modern digital solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
Salary: £45,000 to £52,000 per annum + OTE
Location: Manchester, Hybrid (3 days onsite)
What you'll be doing:
- Generating new business across Paid Digital, SEO, Website Design, Email Marketing, and related services
- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
- Engaging senior stakeholders including Marketing Directors and Heads of Digital
- Working with internal specialists to shape commercially aligned proposals
- Representing the agency at networking events, industry meet-ups, and conferences
- Forecasting revenue and pipeline performance with accuracy
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
What you'll need:
- Demonstrable experience in a commercial or new business role within a digital or advertising agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and their commercial value
- A track record of winning new business and driving revenue growth
- Confidence when speaking with senior decision-makers
- A self-motivated, commercially minded approach with strong negotiation skills
