I'm working with a well-established, employee-focused IT provider that's growing rapidly and looking to add an experienced IT/Cloud Technician to their busy Helpdesk Team.

Responsibilities:
- Providing remote and telephone IT support to a diverse client base
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role (remote/telephone)
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
- Confident with PC setup, configuration, and fault diagnosis
- IT certifications such as CompTIA, MCP, or equivalent (or working towards them)
