We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, performance-led marketing agency that is expanding its digital offering and investing heavily in senior leadership. They are now looking to appoint a Head of Paid Digital to take ownership of their paid media function, with a clear mandate to scale performance, develop talent and drive commercial growth. This is a key leadership role with strong progression opportunities as the function continues to evolve.
About the Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will define and deliver the Paid Digital strategy across the business, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results and contribute to overall revenue growth. You’ll lead a team of paid media specialists across a range of platforms and act as a senior strategic partner to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Paid Digital strategy aligned with business growth plans
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing paid media team
- Oversee campaign performance across major digital platforms
- Translate business objectives into scalable, ROI-driven strategies
- Own departmental performance, forecasting and commercial outcomes
- Support new business activity including pitches and growth initiatives
- Implement best-practice processes across campaign delivery and reporting
- Drive innovation across tools, platforms and emerging channels
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across commercial and client-facing teams
About You
- 7+ years’ experience in Paid Digital / Performance Marketing
- Strong leadership experience within an agency environment
- Deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, TikTok, YouTube
- Proven commercial acumen, managing budgets and profitability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach when needed
