A leading digital advertising agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of large integrated campaigns across a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative standard while partnering closely with Account, Creative, and Production teams.
Salary: Up to £45,000
Location: Birmingham (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full project lifecycle across integrated campaigns (digital, social, print, broadcast)
- Manage multiple high-value, complex projects simultaneously
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Act as key client contact for project delivery, timelines, and status updates
- Identify and mitigate risks; escalate issues to senior stakeholders where needed
- Ensure all internal reviews, approvals, and QA processes are followed
- Champion PM best practice and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
- 4+ years project management experience within an advertising/creative agency
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel campaigns
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience with PM tools (e.g. Workfront, ProofHQ, SharePoint, etc.)
