Receptionist in Birmingham

Role: Corporate Receptionist

Salary: £25-27k (depending on experience)

Location: Birmingham City Centre

We're seeking a highly organised and personable individual to join a fantastic team as a Front of House Receptionist as a newly refurbished office building in the city centre. You'll be the first port of call for tenants, ensuring their experience is exceptional and putting customer service first.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors with a warm and professional manner.
• Manage tenant relations: Address enquiries, coordinate moves in/out, and foster positive relationships.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Liaise with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
• Act as the first point of contact during emergencies and implement safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in a customer service, front of house position (ideally in an office building or hospitality)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to excellent service.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with building access control systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
