A large, operationally complex digital services business is hiring a Site Operations Manager to take full ownership of service delivery, compliance and operational performance at one of its core UK sites. This is a hands-on, onsite role suited to someone with strong operational leadership experience and a deep understanding of ISO-driven environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the site operates to the highest standards across quality, information security, health and safety, and business continuity.
What you will be doing:
- Owning end to end service delivery for the site, covering operations, facilities, people and compliance
- Ensuring strict adherence to ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 and related frameworks
- Leading internal and external audits, managing non-conformances and driving corrective actions
- Maintaining compliance across quality management, information security, health and safety and business continuity
- Managing and developing operational teams, setting clear objectives and performance expectations
- Overseeing site level reporting including KPIs, SLAs, budgets and forecasts
- Ensuring operational processes align with documented procedures and accreditation requirements
- Acting as the key point of contact between senior leadership, compliance teams and site operations
- Driving continuous improvement across processes, efficiency and service quality
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a site based operations or service delivery management role
- Strong working knowledge of ISO frameworks, particularly ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
- Experience leading audits and managing compliance in regulated environments
- Confident managing operational teams and performance at scale

- Data driven mindset with experience reporting against operational KPIs
