A fast-growing digital health platform is hiring a Growth Manager to take ownership of its growth strategy and execution as the business enters its next scale-up phase. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can lead change, build scalable growth engines and still get stuck into day-to-day execution when needed. You will have real autonomy to shape growth strategy, influence product direction and build out a team over time. The business is looking for someone who can balance experimentation with rigour, and creativity with strong data discipline.
Role: Growth Manager
Location: Birmingham City Centre based w. hybrid.
What you will be doing:
- Owning the growth strategy end to end, from experimentation through to scalable execution
- Leading and guiding the business through its next stage of growth, with the freedom to shape your own team
- Driving product-led growth initiatives with a strong focus on conversion rate optimisation
- Using data to clearly communicate growth performance, risks and opportunities to senior leadership
- Building repeatable, sustainable growth engines across acquisition, activation and retention
- Working closely with product and leadership to align growth initiatives with wider business goals
- Managing and evolving the analytics and reporting framework to support decision making
- Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
What you will need:
- Strong experience in growth, performance or digital marketing roles within startups or scale-ups
- Demonstrable experience with product-led growth and CRO
- A strong data and analytics background, with confidence presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with GA4 (Google Analytics) and GTM (Google Tag Manager)
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Keyword Planner, Google Trends, Search Console, SEMrush and Meta Ads
- Experience scaling growth from early experimentation into structured, repeatable processes
- A proactive, execution-focused mindset and comfort operating with ambiguity
