We're hiring six graduates into full 360 recruitment roles this autumn.
Read all of this before you apply, because it won't suit everyone and we'd rather you worked that out now than in week three.
What the job actually is.
You'll be on the phone a lot.
You'll speak to people who didn't ask to hear from you, and for the first few months you'll get told no far more than yes.
You run the whole process, winning the client and finding the candidate, which is what 360 means.
Months one to three are hard.
That isn't us being dramatic, it's true of this job at every agency.
The people who come through it are the ones still dialling at half four on a day where nothing has landed.
If you need a job where effort is optional on the quiet days, this isn't it.
If that reads as a warning, it is one. If it reads like a challenge, keep going.
You won't be left to work it out on your own.
Every graduate we hire is paired with an experienced consultant for their first year, and that consultant earns a share of every deal you bill.
They're not doing you a favour out of goodwill, they've got skin in it.
So you get someone who genuinely wants your calls to go well, sat next to you, every day.
That's the part we'd want to know about if we were applying.
The role.
- Full 360 desk in Tech, Digital, Data, IT or Marketing
- No experience needed, full training from day one
What you'll be doing.
- Speaking to businesses that are hiring and working out what they actually need
- Finding, screening and preparing candidates for those roles
- Managing interviews, offers and start dates end to end
- Building a client base that becomes yours to run
- Learning a market properly, so you're worth talking to
What we need from you.
- A real work ethic. Not the phrase on a CV, the actual thing. In early, on the phone, still working when the day hasn't gone your way.
- You do what you said you'd do without being chased.
- You take feedback and change something. This is the single trait that decides who makes it here.
- You can hold a conversation with someone twice your age and stay curious in it.
- You want to earn well and you accept that means doing unglamorous work first.
- A degree is fine, we care far more about how you work than what you studied.
What's on offer.
- £25,000 plus uncapped commission - with a proven progression scheme.
- A senior consultant paid to help you succeed for your first twelve months
- Structured training, not being handed a phone list and left alone
- Clear progression, we promote from inside
- 25 days holiday, abroad trips, monthly socials etc.
- A business with a 92% fill rate and 3,500+ placements behind it, so you're notselling something that doesn't work
The process.
Assessment days in September.
You'll meet the team, do a few short exercises and get real feedback on the day.
Our senior consultants sit in, because they help choose who they'll be working with.
You'll leave knowing whether you want the job, and we'll come back to you quickly.
